  • Aims to increase cardiovascular fitness, build strength and develop skills
  • Ideal for individuals with a functional fitness training background looking to progress
  • Periodised and phased to ensure continued progress
  • Coaches notes and video explanations to help improve technique and provide clear guidance
  • 6 programmed sessions per week
  • Session duration between 1.5hr – 2.5hr (sessions can be split if necessary)
  • Warm ups and cool downs included
  • Delivered via the S4 app
