I want to shout about @studiofour_s4 and Katie from the rooftops yet at the same time I want to keep it the biggest secret from my competitors so they don’t get the edge! I’ve been working with Katie for 4yrs now. I initially asked for help as nutrition has always been my area of weakness and I was struggling to support my training load and get to a sensible race weight. In that time she has revolutionised my daily training and racing.
Katie’s knowledge surrounding nutrition and strength training knows no bounds. With her help I am now training harder and recovering quicker, consequently posting race times I thought I’d kissed goodbye to in my early thirties! She’s completely changed my mindset surrounding my approach to both daily nutrition and the importance of strength training (although I’ll forever hate burpees…).
Katie guided me through countless races and played a major role in securing a fifth qualification to the 2022 Ironman World Championships, where I was the highest placed Brit in my AG. Her attention to detail is second to none. She’s dynamic yet sympathetic in her approach to everything, her methods constantly evolve and she gives you the confidence to take control of your daily nutrition. To top it off she has a great sense of humour too! My only regret is that I didn’t find Katie sooner.
