I have been working with Katie for substantial periods of time within the last 4 years now. She has coached me through the lead up to, and actual days of, some big CrossFit competitions as well as helped me to shift my lockdown pudge.
She is super knowledgeable, explains everything really well, keeps evolving her methods, is very supportive, but also gives tough love if needed. I have learnt a lot about my body, nutrition and its interplay with hormones and the female cycle, and how to work with it through coaching from Katie.
She really empowers you to be in charge of your diet and learn that your body/ value is so much more than the number on the scale.
