What can you expect from the S4 Prenatal program?
A strength and conditioning program with daily core and pelvic prehab.
Aims to keep you training efficiently and sustainably in preparation for birth, not just physically but mentally.
Helps you maintain good posture and muscle balance.
Suitable for all levels and all fitness backgrounds.
40 weeks delivered in 3 phases each carefully considered and taking into account the ongoing physical and mental changes.
- 1st Trimester – weeks 5 – 14.
- 2nd Trimester – weeks 15 – 27.
- 3rd Trimester – weeks 28 – birth.
Video explanations to encourage safe and efficient movement.
5 programmed sessions per week.
Session duration 45 mins – 1 hr.
Delivered via the S4 app.
Please note: this is a non-progressive program meaning we are looking to maintain your levels of fitness not improve them.
