  • Aims to keep you training efficiently and sustainably in preparation for birth, not just physically but mentally.

  • Helps you maintain good posture and muscle balance.

  • Suitable for all levels and all fitness backgrounds.

  • 40 weeks delivered in 3 phases each carefully considered and taking into account the ongoing physical and mental changes.

    • 1st Trimester – weeks 5 – 14.
    • 2nd Trimester – weeks 15 – 27.
    • 3rd Trimester – weeks 28 – birth.
  • Video explanations to encourage safe and efficient movement.

  • 5 programmed sessions per week.

  • Session duration 45 mins – 1 hr.

  • Delivered via the S4 app.

Please note: this is a non-progressive program meaning we are looking to maintain your levels of fitness not improve them.
