What can you expect from the S4 Hyrox program?
Designed to prepare you for a Hyrox event.
Aim to improve strength endurance, aerobic capacity and metabolic conditioning as well as prepare you for the specific movements and challenges of the event.
12 weeks delivered in two blocks (taper week included).
Video explanations to encourage safe and efficient movement.
5 programmed sessions per week: two endurance, one long interval, one power interval, one Hyrox specific.
Session duration 45 mins – 1 hr 15 mins.
Delivered via the S4 app.
