First and foremost THANK YOU! When I first met Katie I was not in a good place mentally while also under-eating and feeling completely drained. Over the 6 months I worked with Katie I simply wanted to be healthy and happy again and Katie played a massive part in that!
The knowledge in food and energy consumption was engaging and easy to follow, the daily journal, weekly/ monthly check-ins kept me accountable and focused along with the pep talks which helped me both in my personal and GYM Life.
Overall I’m so happy with the service provided, Katie has such a personal approach and I’m now training and eating better than ever.
