I started seeing Katie after having my first child, he was turning 2 and I had substituted food for snacks and couldn’t recognise my own body. Katie helped me find a nutritional balance with my diet, having accountability to make time to eat regular meals. Understanding and listening to help me achieve my goals. The weight came off and I began to feel like myself again.
When I fell pregnant again I was nervous that I would put on all the weight again. Working with Katie through my pregnancy I put on a stone less than with my first pregnancy and gave me more energy.
I am still working with Katie, gaining accountability and more understanding about what my body needs as fuel to keep going. Katie listens, understands my situation and the person I am without judging, helping me work towards my goals.
