What can you expect from the S4 Tri Strength program?
A strength program designed specifically to support and increase the performance of tri/endurance athletes.
Periodised inline with the competition season.
Created to build positional strength and prevent muscle imbalances.
Aims to increase maximal strength and power output.
Improve running economy and build a stronger core.
Coaches notes and video explanations to encourage safe and efficient movement.
3 programmed sessions per week.
Session duration 45 mins – 1 hr.
Delivered via the S4 app.
